How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. And the Packages from our warehouse outside the US will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Roxaro E-Commerce (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I got this new Hj78 Mini Drone 4K 1080P with 3 batteries. The drone is very light even after inserting the battery module. The body is kind of bulky, but it keeps the battery securely. The battery module is inserted from the back of the drone. With an additional cost, I got this drone with Dual Cameras. The APP can switch between the two cameras. The 2 LED headlights can switch ON and OFF from the remote. I have to adjust the trimming buttons to stabilize the drone from drifting while hovering in midair. The remote control is bulky, but it has a good feel and grip when holding it. The centerfold of the remote can be flipped upward to hold your mobile phone. The centerfold is kind of hard to pull up, but be careful and do not pull too hard and you might break it. I have not tested other modes like the trajectory flight in the drone yet. I have not flown the drone outdoor yet. Do not expect too much on the bag to carry drone is Overall, I give it 5 stars at this time.
I bought this drone for my 12 year old nephew. He likes it, and it is easy for him to learn how to use it. Thank you.

Really good toy. I play with it probably more than my son. It crashed down few times at home without breaking
The instructions were incredibly easy to understand. After 10 minutes of reading all of the instructions we were up and flying.The battery life is basic for drone flying but you can remedy that by purchasing a second battery. Great for beginners and newbies to drone flying. Now my husband wants to look at all the other drones this company has to offer! We definitely will be buying from this company again.
Small fun toy for my 5 year old which we only fly outside. Has a connected app but stopped working drone is still flying after 2 months just have to get it set up following instructions
I was surprised how easy it is to control this drone. It's nice and small enough to use indoors but it's more fun outside as more space so less crashes! Need to charge it up maybe every 10 minutes or so of continued use. The controller is usb charge as is the drone itself so if you have a powerbank handy it would be useful. Easy controls, spare rotor blades and a decent camera for smartphone use. Good value for money as a hobby toy. Would recommend.
I had it ready out of the box within 5 minutes. Although you need to charge the battery first of course.It feels of a good quality and really enjoyed using this indoors. My cats were trying to catch it. The control is really easy to use, although with my phone attached it felt heavy, so no phone for me. Very easy to control and the 360 flips were great fun.
If I liked it. I loved it. It's smaller than it looks. But it's tender. Control is not very good it is better to use the mobile phone for manipulation, thank you so much you had the best I arrived just for my birthday the best gift ever Jajajaja

Pretty impressed with this product. It's very small but works well! Comes with lots of extra blades and two batteries. The batteries do not last long, so thats handy! We found the blades come off easily, however, the extras are very handy. App is easy to use and we have had a lot of fun with it! Camera is clear, too!
Nice mini drone that is easy to learn and flies very good. Batteries last about 8-10 minutes, when flying casually. I highly recommend reading instructions before use. I have had no issues with it so far. Perfect for my inside practice flights!
Awesome product just as expected
Fun little drone. I'm new at drone piloting so this was a good choice. I've already crashed it several times and it stood up well. I find that the limited range is probably good for beginners. I bought an additional battery and props which I would recommend. I do wish the markings on the motors to indicate which props go to which motors were a bit better defined.
Check the roof, scout out land, make video memories. Many uses and very easy to control. Get at least 3 batteries. Time flies when your having fun (pun intended). Easy to control with iPhone (X is what I use with it). Recording pics/videos are very easy. Really cool to have in your arsenal of electronics. New hobby added to list!
Great product and of you are looking for a low price drone, this is the one. All the negative reviews are pretty wrong, because this thing is amazing. Great range and video quality is good enough for fpv. Overall it's great quality for the price and you should get it.
Quadrokopter is a triac. Delivery is super shvidka. The reception did not take place. The trophies went through the line, and it was a fun game. I'm mean. I recommend this product
